Resumo: | The article presents the configurations of the school culture of a civilian military school that serves high school, in Cuiabá-MT. It is a qualitative and descriptive study that had as research instruments documentary sources, observations and semi-structured interviews. The discussions are based on socio-anthropology on the challenges of school and high school when attending young people; how school culture deals with youth diversity; how the pedagogical project is linked to the students' life contexts. It was understood that the life projects of “young students” are marked by uncertainties in relation to their proximity to adulthood and the end of their studies and the importance of investigating the relationships between young people, school and high school. |

Es un estudio cualitativo y descriptivo que tuvo como instrumentos de investigación fuentes documentales, observaciones y entrevistas semiestructuradas. Las discusiones se basan en la socioantropología sobre los desafíos de la escuela y la escuela secundaria cuando se atiende a jóvenes; cómo la cultura escolar trata con la diversidad juvenil; cómo se vincula el proyecto pedagógico con los contextos de vida de los estudiantes. Se entendió que los proyectos de vida de los "jóvenes estudiantes" están marcados por incertidumbres en relación con su proximidad a la edad adulta y el final de sus estudios y la importancia de investigar las relaciones entre los jóvenes, la escuela y la escuela secundaria.O artigo apresenta as configurações da cultura escolar de uma escola civil militar que atende ao Ensino Médio, em Cuiabá-MT. É um estudo qualitativo e descritivo que teve como instrumentos de pesquisa fontes documentais, observações e entrevistas semiestruturadas. As discussões têm assento na socioantropologia sobre os desafios da escola e do Ensino Médio ao atender as juventudes; como a cultura escolar lida com a diversidade juvenil; como o projeto pedagógico se vincula aos contextos de vida dos alunos.
