Resumo: Communication is a professional competence used by nurses in child health care, at school, as well as a link between health and education. This theoretical essay aims to make some reflective considerations about communication in health, at school, between nurses and children with contributions from elements of the Theory of Communicative Action, by Jürgen Habermas. It presents fundamentals of this theory in didactic transposition. Such reflections may contribute to the understanding of the role of nurses at school and make it possible to reduce the influence of the colonization of the system in the world of life, through a more communicative and less strategic action.

Este ensayo teórico tiene como objetivo realizar algunas consideraciones reflexivas sobre la comunicación en salud, en la escuela, entre enfermeros y niños con aportes de elementos de la Teoría de la Acción Comunicativa, de Jürgen Habermas. Presenta fundamentos de esta teoría en la transposición didáctica. Tales reflexiones pueden contribuir a la comprensión del papel de los enfermeros en la escuela y permitir reducir la influencia de la colonización del sistema en el mundo de la vida, a través de una acción más comunicativa y menos estratégica. Este ensaio objetiva tecer reflexões sobre comunicação em saúde na escola, entre enfermeiros/enfermeiras e crianças, com contribuições de elementos da Teoria do Agir Comunicativo, de Jürgen Habermas.
