On opening up to babies’ and young children’s points of view and the power of their wishes

Resumo: This article links empirical and theoretical elements derived from study, research and community outreach experiences, involving babies, young children, teachers and teaching assistants. The theoretical background is sustained by references from early childhood education and childhood sociology, especially from post-structuralist philosophical conceptions, based on the studies of Mozère (2007). Knowledge about care and education is systematized and indicates conceptual and methodological clues for the organization of pedagogical practices in teachers’ education, which aim at the riveting movement of opening oneself to the points of view and the power of the wishes of babies and young children.

El aporte teórico se sostiene en referencias de educación para niños y sociología de la infancia, principalmente en concepciones filosóficas basadas en el pos-estructuralismo, debatidas con base en estudios de Mozère (2007). Los conocimientos acerca de los cuidados y educación, son sistematizados, indicando señas conceptuales y metodológicas para organizar prácticas pedagógicas de formación de profesores que buscan el estimulante movimiento del abrirse a los puntos de vistas y fuerzas del deseo de los bebés y niños pequeñitos.Este artigo articula elementos empíricos e teóricos decorrentes de experiências de estudo, pesquisa e extensão que envolvem bebês, crianças bem pequenas, professoras e auxiliares. O amparo teórico sustenta-se em referências da educação infantil e sociologia da infância, principalmente em concepções filosóficas de base pós-estruturalista, com base nos estudos de Mozère (2007).
