Types of family farming establishment in Paraná state, Brazil

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to expose, based on the 2017 Agricultural Census, the current composition of the set of family agricultural establishments located in Paraná, having as reference the ten main groups of agricultural activities. This intent is supported by the predominance of the family segment among the productive units and in the occupation of people, after nearly half a century of the launch of the modernization of the technical production base, as well as the reduction of employed personnel and the number of establishments in the recent record period of crops. Estimates of the degree of specialization of the production agenda of agricultural establishments indicate that, despite the significant number of diversified establishments, today the specialized configuration in the context of family farming in Paraná is the majority. This makes a more detailed characterization relevant to investigate the association between this configuration and the advances in pluriactivity and the externalization of tasks in family farming in Paraná. Specialized agriculture.El propósito de este artículo es exponer, con base en el Censo Agropecuario 2017, la composición actual del conjunto de establecimientos agropecuarios del segmento familiar de la agricultura ubicados en el estado de Paraná, teniendo como referencia el listado de los diez principales grupos de actividad agropecuarios. Esta intención se sustenta en el predominio del segmento familiar en el conjunto de unidades productivas y en la ocupación de personas, luego de casi medio siglo del inicio de la modernización de la base técnica productiva, así como la continua reducción de ocupados. y el número de establecimientos en el período actual de cosechas récord. Estimaciones del grado de especialización de la agenda productiva de los establecimientos agropecuarios indican que, a pesar del importante número de establecimientos con una agenda diversificada, hoy la configuración especializada en el ámbito de la empresa agropecuaria familiar Paraná es mayoritaria. Esto hace relevante una caracterización más detallada para investigar la asociación entre esta configuración y los avances en pluriactividad y externalización de tareas en la agricultura familiar del Paraná. Sistemas agrícolas.A finalidade deste artigo é expor, com base no Censo Agropecuário de 2017, a atual composição do conjunto de estabelecimentos agropecuários familiares situados no Paraná, tendo-se como referência os dez principais grupos de atividades agrícolas. Respalda esse intento a predominância do segmento familiar entre as unidades produtivas e na ocupação de pessoas, após cerca de meio século do deslanche da modernização da base técnica de produção, assim como a redução do pessoal ocupado e da quantidade de estabelecimentos no recente período de recordes de safras. As estimativas do grau de especialização da pauta de produção dos estabelecimentos agropecuários são indicativas de que, a despeito da expressiva quantidade de estabelecimentos diversificados, hoje é majoritária a configuração especializada no âmbito da agricultura familiar paranaense. Isto torna relevante uma caracterização mais pormenorizada para averiguar a associação entre tal configuração e os avanços da pluriatividade e da externalização de tarefas na agricultura familiar paranaense.
