Resumo: | Introduction: PET-Saúde promotes professional training focused on interprofessionality and comprehensive care, characterized as an instrument for qualification in service. Objective: To describe the experience of academics facing the shared learning experienced through the education program through work for health. Methods: This is a descriptive study of the experience report type that aims to describe the experiences of academics/monitors of the Programa de Educação pelo Trabalho - PET Saúde Interprofissionalidade. The experience took place from may to november 2019 in a basic health unit, located in the second health district of Maceió. Results and discussion: The analysis of the results shows that knowing the health unit, its weaknesses, challenges and actions is crucial for professional training, requiring everyone to be aware of the process that goes from management to assistance to the user. The successful experiences carried out in the field were disseminated at scientific events, enabling reflection on practices in services and effective interventions adopted in the contexts of SUS. Final considerations: The insertion of students in the professional reality provides gains for academics, for health services and with contributions to the scientific community. |

Objetivo: Descrever a experiência de acadêmicos frente à aprendizagem compartilhada vivenciada através do programa de educação pelo trabalho para a saúde. Métodos: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo do tipo relato de experiência que visa descrever vivências de acadêmicos/monitores do PET-Saúde. A experiência ocorreu nos meses de maio a novembro de 2019, em uma unidade básica de saúde, localizada no segundo distrito sanitário de saúde de Maceió. Resultados: A análise dos resultados demonstra que conhecer a unidade de saúde, suas fragilidades, desafios e ações é crucial para formação profissional, necessitando que todos ficassem cientes do processo que vai desde a gestão até a assistência ao usuário. As experiências exitosas realizadas em campo foram divulgadas em eventos científicos, possibilitando a reflexão sobre as práticas nos serviços e intervenções eficazes adotadas nos contextos do Sistema único de Saúde. Considerações finais: A inserção de estudantes na realidade profissional proporciona ganhos para os acadêmicos, para os serviços em saúde e com contribuições na comunidade científica. The experience takes place in the months of May to November 2019, in a basic health unit, located in the second health district of Maceió. Results: An analysis of the results of the demonstration that knowing the health unit, its weaknesses, challenges and actions is crucial for professional training, requiring everyone to be aware of the process that goes from management to user assistance. The successful experiences carried out in the field were disseminated at scientific events, enabling reflection on the practices in the services and actions taken in the contexts of the Health Unic System. Final considerations: The publication of students in the professional reality offers gains for academics, for health services and contributions to the scientific community.
