Performance of undergraduates in Countryside Education: reflections on praxis

Resumo: ABSTRACT This text aims at reflecting on the praxis of the graduates of Courses in Education for rural areas (CERA), seeking to understand its approach in the production of scientific knowledge in postgraduate studies. An analysis of 25 researches (theses and dissertations) was carried out to examine the results found in them concerning the training profiles intended by the courses: a) insertion and performance of graduates in schools of rural areas and the challenges of teaching by area of ​​knowledge; b) insertion and performance of graduates in their territories, in community educational processes management and c) tensions and contradictions that involve their entry/permanence in the world of work. The researches analysed reaffirm that the Political Pedagogical Project of the CERA, given its materiality which emerges from the working-class struggle, has guaranteed a new profile of educators to schools of rural areas, however, the continuity of such project faces threats of different orders. Schools of Rural AreasEste texto busca reflexionar sobre la praxis de diplomados de la Licenciatura en Educación del Campo, objetivando percibir cómo ella fue enfocada en la producción del conocimiento científico en el posgrado. Fueron analizadas 25 investigaciones (tesis y disertaciones), buscando examinar los resultados encontrados em ellas con relación a los tres perfiles de formación deseado por el curso: a) inserción y actuación de los diplomados en las Escuelas del Campo y los desafíos de la docencia por área de conocimiento; b) inserción y actuación de los diplomados en sus territorios, en la gestión de procesos educativos comunitarios; y c) tensiones y contradicciones que involucran su inicio/permanencia en el mundo del trabajo. Las investigaciones analizadas reafirman que el Proyecto Político Pedagógico de las LEdoCs, por su materialidad de origen vinculada con la lucha de la clase trabajadora tiene conseguido garantir un nuevo perfil de educadores para las Escuelas del Campo. Sin embargo, la continuidad de ese proyecto de formación enfrenta amenazas en diferentes órdenes. Palabras chave: Licenciatura en Educación del Campo. Diplomados. Trabajo. Escuelas del Campo. Praxis.RESUMO  Este texto almeja refletir sobre a práxis de egressos da Licenciatura em Educação do Campo, objetivando perceber como esta foi abordada na produção do conhecimento científico na pós-graduação. Procedeu-se à análise de 25 pesquisas (teses e dissertações), buscando examinar os resultados em relação aos três perfis de formação pretendidos pelo curso: a) inserção e atuação dos egressos nas Escolas do Campo e os desafios da docência por área de conhecimento; b) inserção e atuação dos egressos em seus territórios, na gestão de processos educativos comunitários e c) tensões e contradições que envolvem seu ingresso/permanência no mundo do trabalho. As pesquisas analisadas reafirmam que o Projeto Político Pedagógico das LEdoCs, dada a sua materialidade de origem, vinculada à luta da classe trabalhadora, tem conseguido garantir um novo perfil de educadores às Escolas do Campo, porém a continuidade de tal projeto de formação enfrenta ameaças em diferentes ordens.
