Resumo: | ABSTRACT: The objective of the study was to investigate Brazilian research on storytelling using Amplified and Alternative Communication (CAA) as a pedagogical resource for students with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) between the years 2015 and 2021. The studies were selected on Google academic, CAPES and SCIELO platforms, with the descriptors TEA and storytelling; CAA, TEA and storytelling; Alternative communication and autism. The research was qualitative analysis, with literature review. All selected studies reported positive results in communication with children in ASD from the use of CAA in storytelling. It was concluded that the number of research on the subjects is scared and recent and most in the area of health, evidencing the need for greater investments in alternative teaching methodologies for ASD students and encouraging academic productions in the education area. |

RESUMO: El objetivo de este estudio es examinar los resultados de la investigación brasileña sobre narración de historias utilizando los Sistemas Aumentativos y Alternativos de Comunicación (SAAC) como recurso pedagógico para estudiantes con Transtorno del Espectro Autista (TEA) entre los años de 2015 a 2021. Se seleccionaron artículos publicados en las plataformas académicas de Google, CAPES e SciELO, con descriptores TEA y narración de cuentos; SAAC, TEA y narración de cuentos; Comunicación Alternativa y narración de cuentos; Comunicación Alternativa y autismo. Se trata de una investigación cualitativa, bibliográfica. Los resultados revelaron que las investigaciones sobre este tema son escasas y recientes, la mayoría en el área de la Salud, en la que las categorías son tratadas por separado, destacando la necesidad de una mayor inversión en metodologías alternativas de enseñanza para estudiantes TEA e incentivo a las producciones académicas en el área educativa.RESUMO: O objetivo do estudo foi investigar as pesquisas brasileiras sobre a contação de histórias utilizando a Comunicação Ampliada e Alternativa (CAA) como recurso pedagógico, para estudantes no Transtorno do Espectro Autista (TEA) entre os anos de 2015 e 2021. Os estudos foram selecionados nas plataformas Google acadêmico, CAPES e SciELO, com os descritores TEA e contação de história; CAA, TEA e contação de história; Comunicação Alternativa e autismo. A pesquisa foi de análise qualitativa, com revisão bibliográfica. Todos os estudos selecionados relataram resultados positivos na comunicação com crianças no TEA a partir do emprego da CAA na contação de histórias.
