THE FULL-TIME EDUCATION PROJECT IN THE STATE OF AMAZONAS AS A GUARANTEE OF THE RIGHT TO EDUCATION AS HUMAN DEVELOPMENT

Resumo: | This paper discusses the Full Time Education Project implemented in Amazonas. Full-time education is an educational policy implemented in Brazil in 1950, serving as an example for the creation of other programs such as the Elementary Center in Brasília and the Integrated Center for Public Education – CIEP in Rio de Janeiro, among others. Objective analyze the two projects implemented in the state, 2008 and 2011, guaranteeing the right to education as a human development. As methodologies, a documental analysis of the projects was carried out, analyzing them in the light of theorists who discuss the right to education. The results show us that, even recognizing the importance of full-time education as a guarantee of the right to education as human development, the project still walks in a neoliberal perspective incompatible with what determines art. 205 of the Federal Constitution regarding the full development of the human person. |

La educación a tiempo completo es una política educativa implementada en Brasil en 1950, sirviendo de ejemplo para la creación de otros programas como el Centro Básico en Brasilia y el Centro Integrado de Educación Pública – CIEP en Río de Janeiro, entre otros. Tiene como objetivo analizar los dos proyectos implementados en el estado, 2008 y 2011, garantizando el derecho a la educación como desarrollo humano. Como metodologías, se realizó un análisis documental de los proyectos, analizándolos a la luz de los teóricos que discuten el derecho a la educación. Los resultados nos muestran que, aún reconociendo la importancia de la educación a tiempo completo como garantía del derecho a la educación como desarrollo humano, el proyecto aún camina en una perspectiva neoliberal incompatible con lo que determina el art. 205 de la Constitución Federal sobre el pleno desarrollo de la persona humana.Este trabalho discute o Projeto de Educação em Tempo Integral implantado no Amazonas. A educação em tempo integral é uma política educacional implantada no Brasil em 1950, servindo de exemplo para a criação de outros programas a exemplo do Centro Elementar de Brasília e o Centro Integrado de Educação Pública – CIEP no Rio de Janeiro, dentre outros. Objetiva analisar os dois projetos implantados no estado, 2008 e 2011, com garantia do direito à educação como desenvolvimento humano. Como metodologias foi feita a análise documental dos projetos analisando-os à luz dos teóricos que discutem o direito à educação.
