TEACHING LEARNING BY TEACHER TRAINERS: DUE TO THE EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE AT UNIPÚNGUÈ/MANICA IN MOZAMBIQUE

Resumo: | With the aim of analyzing how teaching learning occurs due to the educational practice of teachers who train the Pedagogy Course at the Púnguè University - UniPúnguè, in Mozambique, in the Manica district, referenced in the autobiographical method, a qualitative narrative research was developed, through a narrative interview with four teacher trainers, and comprehensive-interpretive data analysis, anchored in Souza (2014). The data reveal teaching learning in the process of professional development of teacher trainers based on continuing education in stricto sensu postgraduate courses and in other training processes, based on the exchange of individual and collective experiences, exchanges with peers - in learning communities – and with students. It was concluded that, due to the educational practice, teaching learning occurs in different ways, either with peers or with students, realizing the absence of scientific research for this purpose in the investigated context. |

It was concluded that, due to the educational practice, teaching learning occurs in different ways, either with peers or with students, realizing the absence of scientific research for this purpose in the investigated context.Con el objetivo de analizar cómo se produce la enseñanza aprendizaje a partir de la práctica educativa de los docentes que forman el Curso de Pedagogía en la Universidad de Púnguè - UniPúnguè, en Mozambique, en el distrito de Manica, referenciada en el método autobiográfico, se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa narrativa, a través de una entrevista narrativa con cuatro formadores de docentes y un análisis de datos comprensivo e interpretativo, anclado en Souza (2014). Los datos revelan la enseñanza aprendizaje en el proceso de desarrollo profesional de los formadores de docentes a partir de la formación continua en los posgrados stricto sensu y en otros procesos de formación, a partir del intercambio de experiencias individuales y colectivas, intercambios con pares -en comunidades de aprendizaje- y con estudiantes. Se concluyó que, debido a la práctica educativa, la enseñanza aprendizaje ocurre de diferentes formas, ya sea con pares o con estudiantes, percibiendo la ausencia de investigaciones científicas con este fin en el contexto investigado.Com o objetivo de analisar como ocorre a aprendizagem da docência em razão da prática educativa de professores formadores do Curso de Pedagogia da Universidade Púnguè - UniPúnguè, em Moçambique, no distrito de Manica, referenciada no método autobiográfico, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa qualitativa narrativa, mediante entrevista narrativa com quatro professores formadores, e análise de dados compreensiva-interpretativa, ancorada em Souza (2014). Os dados revelam a aprendizagem da docência no processo de desenvolvimento profissional dos professores formadores a partir da formação continuada em cursos de pós-graduação stricto sensu e em outros processos formativos, com base na troca de experiências individuais e coletivas, trocas com os pares – em comunidades de aprendizagem – e com os estudantes.
