Teacher training memorial as a methodological device for narrative learning in higher education

Resumo: | : Abstract: This article with a qualitative approach woven as an (auto)biographical narrative researchwas developed using as methodological devices: training memorials, from three Pedagogy students and ateacher trainer, from an institution in the city’s private higher education network Caxias-MA. The objectivesare: to understand the implications of Training Memories in the construction of knowledge in initial teachertraining. As a result, it is worth highlighting that the Training Memorial signals as a potential device that triggersstories, memories, learning and training that rescue the personal, academic and formative side of the subjectat various levels of knowledge of themselves, the contexts and the people around them, enabling pedagogical,reflective and emancipatory processes. The research conclusions also showed that the training memorial allowed: a) understanding how the academic knowledge construction processes took place in the trainingprocess; b) identify through which logics we can learn; c) know which training contexts were followed by thesubjects in their experiences and experiences woven with different people in different spaces/times; and, d)know their life stories, and what allowed them to choose the Pedagogy course as their life and profession. |

Lo objetivo é: comprender las implicaciones de las Memorias de Formación en laconstrucción de conocimientos en la formación inicial docente. Como resultado, cabe resaltar que el Memorialde Formación se señala como un potencial dispositivo desencadenante de relatos, memorias, aprendizajes yformación que rescatan el lado personal, académico y formativo del sujeto en diversos niveles de conocimientode sí mismo, de los contextos y de la realidad personas de su entorno, posibilitando procesos pedagógicos,reflexivos y emancipadores. Las conclusiones de la investigación también mostraron que el memorial deformación permitió: a) comprender cómo ocurrieron los procesos de construcción del conocimiento académicoen el proceso de formación; b) identificar a través de qué lógicas podemos aprender; c) conocer qué contextosde formación fueron seguidos por los sujetos en sus vivencias y experiencias tejidas con diferentes personasen diferentes espacios/tiempos; y, d) conocer sus historias de vida, y lo que les permitió elegir la carrera dePedagogía como su vida y profesión.Este artigo de abordagem qualitativa tecida como uma pesquisa narrativa (auto)biográfica foi desenvolvida utilizando como dispositivos metodológicos: memoriais de formação, de três estudantes do curso de Pedagogia e um professor formador, de uma instituição da rede privada de ensino superior da cidade Caxias-MA. Os objetivos são: compreender as implicações dos Memoriais de Formação na construção de conhecimentos na formação inicial docente; bem como refletir acerca das contribuições dos memoriais como dispositivo de aprendizagem narrativa e avaliação discente no curso de Pedagogia.
