THE BRAZILIAN NATIONAL EDUCATION PLAN 2014-2024: AN ANALYSIS OF THE FUTURE

Resumo: When the National Education Plan 2014-2024 is finalizing, we believe that it is time to begin to analyze its operation and results. This will allow those who have to write a new plan to correct the problems and mistakes that may have been made and from there create a new plan that serves to give a new impetus to Brazilian education and the development of the country. Regarding the methodology, a qualitative approach has been used, with a review of the literature on the subject and data analysis. In the article we have dealt with two important issues: the policies followed by the governments of Temer and Bolsonaro on education and the management of the COVID19 pandemic. Two closely related issues that have had a very negative influence on Brazilian education, delaying its development by ten years, forcing the new governments to make a great effort.

Ello permitirá a los que tengan que redactar un nuevo plan a corregir los problemas y errores que se hayan podido cometer y a partir de ahí crear un nuevo plan que sirva para dar un nuevo impulso a la educación brasileña y al desarrollo del país. En cuanto a la metodología se ha utilizado un enfoque cualitativo, con revisión de la literatura sobre el tema y análisis de datos. En el artículo hemos tratado dos cuestiones importantes: las políticas seguidas por los gobiernos de Temer y Bolsonaro sobre educación y la gestión de la pandemia de COVID19. Dos cuestiones íntimamente relacionadas y que han influido muy negativamente en la educación brasileña, retrasando su desarrollo en diez años, obligando a los nuevos gobiernos a realizar un gran esfuerzo.Quando o Plano Nacional de Educação 2014-2024 estiver a ser finalizado, acreditamos que é altura de começar a analisar o seu funcionamento e resultados. Isso permitirá a quem tiver que traçar um novo plano para corrigir os problemas e erros que possam ter sido cometidos e a partir daí criar um novo plano que sirva para dar um novo impulso à educação brasileira e ao desenvolvimento do país. Quanto à metodologia, utilizou-se uma abordagem qualitativa, com revisão da literatura sobre o tema e análise de dados. No artigo tratamos de duas questões importantes: as políticas seguidas pelos governos de Temer e Bolsonaro em matéria de educação e a gestão da pandemia da COVID19.
