Resumo: | The zoning law is a very important tool to help the government to supervise and provide guidelines for urban development in a balanced way. Considering its importance and its use in undergraduate courses of Architecture and Urbanism and Civil Engineering, an educational application was developed containing the zoning law of the city of Lages-SC. This investigation aimed to explore the usability of this application to facilitate the performance of teachers and academics. Data were collected using an online survey with open-ended and closed questions. The results pointed to suggestions for improvement, which have already been inserted into the application. In addition, the results reveal that the application is easy and fast to use. |

Teniendo en mente su importancia y su utilización en los cursos de graduación de Arquitectura y Urbanismo y de Ingeniería Civil, se desarrolló una aplicación educativa que contiene el Plan Director de la ciudad de Lages-SC. Este estudio tuvo como objetivo investigar la usabilidad de esa aplicación para facilitar la actuación de docentes y académicos. Los datos se recopilaron a través de un cuestionario en línea con preguntas abiertas y de opción múltiple. Los resultados indicaron sugerencias de mejora, que ya se incluyeron en la aplicación. Además, los resultados revelan que la aplicación es fácil y rápida de usar.O Plano Diretor é uma ferramenta muito importante para auxiliar o poder público a fiscalizar e dar diretrizes para o desenvolvimento urbano de forma equilibrada. Tendo em vista a sua importância e a sua utilização nos cursos de graduação de Arquitetura e Urbanismo e Engenharia Civil, foi desenvolvido um aplicativo educativo contendo o Plano Diretor da cidade de Lages-SC. Esta investigação objetivou explorar a usabilidade deste aplicativo para facilitar a atuação de docentes e acadêmicos. Os dados foram coletados com um questionário online com perguntas abertas e de múltipla escolha. Os resultados apontaram sugestões de melhoria, que já foram inseridas no aplicativo.
