Formative experiences mediated by modality distance education and its implications on university work

Resumo: The Secretariat of Distance Education of the Federal University of Rio Grande (FURG) enabled two professional training courses with pedagogical and technological support through the Distance Education modality (DE), in order to qualify the work of Administrative Technicians in Education (ATE) who work in the administrative spaces of the Institution. Within this context, this qualitative research aimed to understand how the ATE relate the courses in distance education with their daily practice. The data were produced through a questionnaire and analyzed by the Collective Subject Discourse method and from the analysis was generated the discourse "relationship between the lived experience and daily work activities", which supported some reflections, demonstrating the contribution of this developed education from the University's distance education structure. The speech expressed by the speech denotes advantages attributed by the subjects to the formation through the DE. The results reinforce that this modality, as a strategy, is effective in fulfilling the institutional objective of providing qualified training to the technical staff, paving the way to boost the development and hone skills necessary for the performance of the ATE activities. In addition, the formative strategy strengthens DE within FURG.

In addition, the formative strategy strengthens DE within FURG.La Secretaría de Educación a Distancia de la Universidad Federal de Río Grande (FURG) ha hecho posible dos cursos de capacitación profesional con apoyo pedagógico y tecnológico a través de la modalidad de Educación a Distancia (EaD), para calificar el trabajo de los Técnicos Administrativos en Educación (TAE) que trabajan en los espacios administrativos de la Institución. En este contexto, esta investigación cualitativa tuvo como objetivo comprender cómo el TAE relaciona los cursos de educación a distancia con su práctica diaria. Los datos se produjeron a través de un cuestionario y se analizaron mediante el método del Discurso del sujeto colectivo y del análisis se generó el discurso "relación entre la experiencia vivida y las actividades laborales diarias", que apoyó algunas reflexiones, lo que demuestra la contribución de esta educación desarrollada de la estructura de educación a distancia de la universidad. El habla expresada por el discurso denota las ventajas atribuidas por los sujetos a la formación a través del EaD. Los resultados refuerzan que esta modalidad, como estrategia, es efectiva para cumplir el objetivo institucional de proporcionar capacitación calificada al personal técnico, allanando el camino para impulsar el desarrollo y perfeccionar las habilidades necesarias para el desempeño de las actividades de TAE. Además, la estrategia formativa fortalece la DEF dentro de FURG.A Secretaria de Educação a Distância da Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG) viabilizou dois cursos de capacitação profissional com suporte pedagógico e tecnológico através da modalidade Educação a Distância (Ead), com o intuito de qualificar o trabalho dos Técnicos Administrativos em Educação (TAE) que atuam nos espaços administrativos da Instituição. Dentro deste contexto, esta pesquisa de cunho qualitativo teve por objetivo entender como os TAE relacionam os cursos na modalidade EaD com a sua prática cotidiana. Os dados foram produzidos por meio de questionário e analisados pelo método do Discurso do Sujeito Coletivo; a partir das análises foi gerado o discurso “relação entre a formação vivenciada e as atividades laborais cotidianas”, que embasou algumas reflexões, demonstrando a contribuição desta formação desenvolvida a partir da estrutura em EaD da Universidade. A fala expressa pelo discurso denota vantagens atribuídas pelos sujeitos à formação por meio da EaD. Os resultados reforçam que esta modalidade, como estratégia, é eficaz no cumprimento do objetivo institucional de proporcionar formação qualificada ao corpo técnico, abrindo caminhos para impulsionar o desenvolvimento e aprimorar habilidades necessárias ao desempenho das atividades dos TAE.
