The administration of the organizational process of the game: a proposal for the teaching of the collective games

Resumo: The studies on collective sportive games have advanced significantly, mainly as regards their theoretical approaches. Contrary to the reductionist classical models that privileged the simplification of the games to elements – parts – isolated, disregarding their complex and dynamic totality, the theory of the collective games, about the foundations of the systemic-complex thinking, has advanced its understanding about their constitutive elements and interrelations, adding value to their organizational character – global unit – and the properties of its systemic totality. In view of the properties of the systemic totality of the collective games, our objective with this study was the formulation and building up of a methodological proposal for the teaching of collective games, privileging the complex nature of the played game and the player. The study was about a bibliographic research with the objective of verifying and reflecting different already existing scientific contributions, to then provide support to the foundations of a methodological proposal, based on an interactionist and systemic-complex thinking approach. Bearing in mind the essentially complex nature of the collective games, the most important thing in a game is to manage its disorder, responding to the different emergency situations of eventful character, resulting from the conflicts of existential objectives of the game itself, valorizing the interaction of the constitutive elements of its systemic totality. This methodological proposal privileges the disorder – emergencies - management of the played game as a generating source of the whole progress, allowed when the game is pedagogized, through modifications and possibilities of variations in its formal structure, valorizing its complex totality. En oposición a los clásicos modelos reduccionistas que privilegian la simplificación del juego a elementos - partes isoladas - desconsiderando su totalidad compleja y dinamica. La teoria de los juegos colectivos,acerca de los fundamentos pensamiento sistemico-complejo, avanzó su compreensión acerca de sus elementos constitutivos y sus interrelaciones,valorizando su carácter organizacional - unidad global - y as sus propriedades de su totalidad sistemica a los juegos colectivos. Objetivamos en este studio la formulación y edificación de una propuesta metodológica para la ensenanza de los juegos colectivos, priviligiando la naturaleza compleja del juego jugado y el que juega. El estudio decursó acerca de una pesquisa bibliográfica con el objetivo de verificación y reflección de diferentes contribuiciónes científicas ya existentes, para entonces sustentarse los fundamentos de una propuesta metodologica, basada en un abordaje interaccionista y del pensamiento sistemico-complejo. Teniendo en vista, la naturaleza esencialmente compleja de los juegos colectivos, lo mas importante en el juego es el jugador administrar su desordem, respondiendo a las diferentes situaciones emergenciales de caracter acontecimental resultantes de los conflictos en el juego, valorizando la interacción de los elementos constitutivos de totalidad sistêmica. La propuesta metodologica privilegia la administración del desorden emergencial del juego, como fuente geradora de todo el progreso, permitida al pedagogizar el juego atraves de modificaciones y possibilidades de variaciones de su estrutura formal, valorizando su totalidad compleja. Palabras Claves: Pedagogia del Deporte; Juego; Juegos Colectivos; Balonmano.Os estudos nos jogos esportivos coletivos avançaram significativamente, principalmente ao que se referem as suas abordagens teóricas. Em oposição aos clássicos modelos reducionistas, que privilegiavam a simplificação o jogo a elementos – partes – isolados, desconsiderando sua totalidade complexa e dinâmica, a teoria dos jogos coletivos, sobre os fundamentos do pensamento sistêmico-complexo, avançou a sua compreensão sobre seus elementos constitutivos e suas inter-relações, valorizando seu caráter organizacional – unidade global – e as propriedades de sua totalidade sistêmica. Em face às propriedades da totalidade sistêmica dos jogos coletivos, objetivamos nesse estudo a formulação e edificação de uma proposta metodológica para o ensino nos jogos coletivos, privilegiando a natureza complexa de jogo jogado e jogante. O estudo decorreu sobre uma pesquisa bibliográfica, com o objetivo de verificarmos e refletirmos diferentes contribuições cientifica já existentes, para então sustentarmos os fundamentos de uma proposta metodológica, baseada em uma abordagem interacionista e do pensamento sistêmico-complexo. Tendo em vista a natureza essencialmente complexa dos jogos coletivos, mais importante no jogo é o jogador conseguir gerir a sua desordem, respondendo as diferentes situações emergenciais de caráter acontecimental, resultantes dos conflitos de objetivos existenciais no próprio jogo, valorizando a interação dos elementos constitutivos de sua totalidade sistêmica. Essa proposta metodológica privilegia a gestão da desordem – emergências – do jogo jogado como fonte geradora de todo o progresso, permitida ao pedagogizar o jogo, através de modificações e possibilidades de variações de sua estrutura formal, valorizando sua totalidade complexa.
