Youth and adults with disabilities and the educational legislation of Lusophone Countries

Resumo: This study analyzed the educational policy, with emphasis on the educational legislation, of the Portuguese speaking countries and the schooling of young people and adults. A documentary study was carried out in guidelines and educational bases of the countries, through a Protocol of Documentary Analysis. The results pointed out that Special Education has been constituted in the Portuguese-speaking countries as a school service for the most different publics. For this, it becomes necessary that the educational policies are configured as necessary elements for the universalization of the school attendance to students with disabilities and other public that integrate the clientele of the Special Education in the different countries that integrate lusophony.

Foi realizado um estudo documental em diretrizes e bases educacionais dos países, por meio de um Protocolo de Análise Documental. Os resultados apontaram que a Educação Especial vem se constituindo nos países lusófonos enquanto serviço de escolarização dos mais diferentes públicos. Para isso, torna-se necessário que as políticas educacionais se configurem enquanto elementos necessários para a universalização do atendimento escolar aos estudantes com deficiência e demais públicos que integram a clientela da Educação Especial nos diferentes países que integram a lusofonia.  Palavras-Chave: Política educacional.
