IN ACADEMIC WORK, WHAT IS TALKED ABOUT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT PEDAGOGICAL SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS IN SPECIAL EDUCATION?

Resumo: | One of the most obvious impacts of the National Policy on Special Education from the perspective of Inclusive Education (BRASIL, 2008) is the growing number of Special Education professionals who entered regular schools. When considering this context, the question arises: what is said when talking about the pedagogical support professional who works with the special education student in the common classroom? This text presents the result of a systematic search carried out in the Bank of Periodicals of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel (CAPES), with the objective of identifying how the theme that involves this professional is contemplated in academic works. The organization of the search was based on the literature review methodology (GIL, 2008), with a qualitative approach, configured as exploratory and descriptive in nature. The reflections carried out from the selected texts raise other questions and the "almost certainty" that when talking about this special education professional, many processes and pedagogical practices are discussed that demarcate advances, setbacks, consensus and possibilities of the modality, however, little or nothing is said about the professional and his working and employment conditions, showing a vast field of research still to be cultivated. |

Uno de los impactos más evidentes de la Política Nacional de Educación Especial en la perspectiva de la Educación Inclusiva (BRASIL, 2008) es el creciente númerode profesionales de Educación Especial que ingresaron a las escuelas regulares. Al considerar este contexto, surge la pregunta: ¿qué se dice cuando se habla del profesional de apoyo pedagógico que trabaja con el alumno de educación especial en el aula regular? Este texto presenta el resultado de una búsqueda sistemática realizada en el Banco de Periódicos de la Coordinación para el Perfeccionamiento del Personal de Educación Superior (CAPES), con el objetivo de identificar cómo la temática que involucra a este profesional es contemplada en los trabajos académicos. La organización de la búsqueda se basó en la metodología de revisión de literatura (GIL, 2008), con enfoque cualitativo, configurada como de carácter exploratorio y descriptivo. Las reflexiones realizadas a partir de los textos seleccionados plantean otros interrogantes y la “casi certeza” de que al hablar de este profesional de la educación especial se discuten muchos procesos y prácticas pedagógicas que demarcan avances, retrocesos, consensos y posibilidades de la modalidad, sin embargo, poco o nada. nada se dice sobre el profesional y sus condiciones de trabajo y empleo, mostrando un vasto campo de investigación aún por cultivar.Um dos impactos mais evidentes da Política Nacional de Educação Especial na perspectiva da Educação Inclusiva (BRASIL, 2008) é o crescente número de profissionais da Educação Especial que adentraram a escola regular. Ao considerar esse contexto, surge a questão: o que se fala, quando se fala do profissional de apoio pedagógico que atua junto ao estudante da educação especial, na sala de aula comum? O presente texto apresenta o resultado de uma busca sistematizada realizada no Banco de Periódicos da Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior (CAPES), com o objetivo de identificar como a temática que envolve esse profissional é contemplada nos trabalhos acadêmicos. A organização da busca amparou-se na metodologia de revisão de literatura (GIL, 2008), com abordagem qualitativa, configurando-se como exploratória e de caráter descritiva.
