Resumo: The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted libraries around the word. Libraries needed to adapt their praxis in the face of new reality imposed by Covid-19. Information services have been directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This work presents the results of the research carried out in the sector libraries of the State University of Santa Catarina in relation to the information services offered to students with special educational needs and disabilities. The article aims to assess the degree of satisfaction of students with special educational needs and disabilities during the pandemic period. The methodology adopted is of a basic nature, a quali-qualitative approach, documentary and with the application of a questionnaire with the target audience. As a result of the research, it was observed that sector libraries reduced the supply of information services during the pandemic, as well as little engagement of students with special educational needs and disabilities to the services available.

As bibliotecas precisaram adaptar suas práxis frente a nova realidade imposta pela pandemia, em que os serviços de informação foram diretamente afetados. Este trabalho apresenta os resultados da pesquisa realizada nas bibliotecas setoriais da Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina, em relação aos serviços informacionais oferecidos para os discentes com necessidades educacionais especiais, durante o período pandêmico. O artigo tem por objetivo aferir o grau de satisfação dos discentes com necessidades educacionais especiais em relação aos serviços de informação disponibilizados pelas bibliotecas setoriais durante o Covid-19. A metodologia adotada é de natureza básica, abordagem quali-qualitativa, documental e com aplicação de um questionário junto ao público-alvo.
