The Covid-19 pandemic has profoundly impacted libraries around the word. Libraries needed to adapt their praxis in the face of new reality imposed by Covid-19. Information services have been directly affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This work presents the results of the research carried out in the sector libraries of the State University of Santa Catarina in relation to the information services offered to students with special educational needs and disabilities. The article aims to assess the degree of satisfaction of students with special educational needs and disabilities during the pandemic period. The methodology adopted is of a basic nature, a quali-qualitative approach, documentary and with the application of a questionnaire with the target audience. As a result of the research, it was observed that sector libraries reduced the supply of information services during the pandemic, as well as little engagement of students with special educational needs and disabilities to the services available.
