This paper proposes a reflection on the use of the judicial inquiry through the methodology of Testimony Without Harm - DSD sexual violence in situations of Children and Youth. To do so, we assume that sexual violence against children and adolescents is a multifaceted phenomenon historically, sustained by a cultural pattern, which involves a set of values, beliefs, and habits associated with unequal distribution of social wealth, is reproduced generation to generation. From the record of the complaint and filed, the lawsuit victims are surveyed under the justification that this approach meets the articles of the International Convention of the Child and for that ensures greater possibility of constructing concrete evidence. Considering the specificity of the object of study, the methodological procedures were developed through literature.
