Resumo: | This paper analise the relation between the speech of the practice of instructional design and the practice of that speech of educational designer, with base on the results of research, held in the Program Online FGV the Getulio Vargas Foundation. The study aimed to identify the skills required by the FGV for the performance of educational designer in the exercise of its function. The methodology adopted consisted of bibliografhic research and field, and was applied forms, and semi-structured interviews conducted. Forms and interviews with educational designers were used to check and confirm all information collected. The emphasized competences were those linked to knowledge and skills, communication and interpersonal relationships, planning, organization and proactivity, behaviors, in addition to the ethical and political-social received more emphasis. Among them, the more weight was given to communication skills and behavior. |

El estudio tuvo como objetivo identificar las competencias requeridas por la FGV por las acciones de estos profesionales en sus cursos. La metodología consistió en búsquedas bibliográficas y de campo y se aplicó formas, y realizaron entrevistas semi-estructuradas. Como resultados de este estudio, surgió competencias relativas a conocimientos técnicos, la comunicación y las relaciones interpersonales, planificación, organización y proatividade y comportamiento, aparte de los aspectos éticos, políticos y sociales. Entre estas, las más peso está dada por los participantes de la búsqueda, las habilidades comunicativas y de comportamiento.Este artigo analisa as relações entre o discurso da prática do design instrucional e a prática desse discurso, pelos designers educativos, tendo como base pesquisa realizada no Programa FGV Online da Fundação Getulio Vargas, que objetivou identificar as competências requeridas pela Instituição para a atuação desses profissionais em seus cursos. A metodologia adotada consistiu de pesquisas bibliográfica e de campo, tendo sido aplicados formulários, e realizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas. Como resultados desse estudo, emergiram as competências referentes a conhecimentos técnicos, comunicação e relacionamento interpessoal, planejamento, organização e proatividade e comportamentos, além das de natureza ética e político-sociais.
