FAMILY SCHOOL PROGRAM, UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP AND THE ACTION OF HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS

Resumo: The Family School Program was launched in 2004, focusing on opening state schools in São Paulo during the weekends for the participation of different social segments in various activities. To support its development, different educators were defined, including the university educator, who carries out social-educational activities in the schools through the University Scholarship Program. Based on this context, the aim of the present paper is to analyze the action of higher education institutions within the Family School Program, focusing on the action of the university educator under the support of the University Scholarship Program. Bibliographical and documentary analyses were used as methodological resources. The Family School Program, with the support of the University Scholarship Program, allows the State to obtain individuals - even if unskilled - for the development of general social policies at low costs within the school. On the other hand, this action of the State allows the institutions to reduce their default levels, which strengthens the expansion of private higher education.

Para auxiliar su desarrollo, se definieron diferentes educadores, entre ellos, el educador universitario, que realiza actividades socioeducativas en las escuelas a través del Programa Beca Universidad (Bolsa Universidade). Con base en este contexto, el objetivo de este artículo es analizar la actuación de las instituciones de enseñanza superior dentro del Programa Escuela de la Familia, teniendo como punto focal la acción del educador universitario bajo el soporte del Programa Beca Universidad. Se utilizaron como recursos metodológicos el análisis bibliográfico y el documental. Se constató que el Estado, a través del Programa Escuela de la Familia, con apoyo del Programa Beca Universidad, consigue individuos -aunque no calificados- para la ejecución de políticas sociales generales, a bajos costos, dentro de la escuela. Por otro lado, tales instituciones logran, por la acción del Estado, disminuir sus niveles de incumplimiento, fortaleciendo la expansión de la enseñanza superior privada.O Programa Escola da Família foi iniciado em 2004, tendo como foco a abertura das escolas estaduais paulistas aos finais de semana, para participação dos diferentes segmentos sociais em atividades variadas. Para auxiliar seu desenvolvimento, foram definidos diferentes educadores, dentre eles, o educador universitário, que realiza atividades socioeducativas nas escolas por meio do Programa Bolsa Universidade. Com base nesse contexto, o objetivo deste artigo é analisar a atuação das instituições de ensino superior dentro do Programa Escola da Família, tendo como foco a ação do educador universitário sob o suporte do Programa Bolsa Universidade. Foram utilizados como recursos metodológicos a análise bibliográfica e documental. Constatou-se que o Estado, por meio do Programa Escola da Família, com apoio do Programa Bolsa Universidade, consegue sujeitos – ainda que não qualificados - para execução de políticas sociais gerais, a baixos custos, por dentro da escola.
