The training of educators, a crisis as deep as that of society

Resumo: To speak of formation today is to place ourselves in a scenario of great epochal and civilizational transformations, which reorganizes the systems of socialization built in Western culture: politics, family, religion and, of course, school. This shows how the project of the fourth industrial revolution and a cognitive capitalism at the helm turns science and knowledge into a productive force, turning educational and research institutions upside down, converting them into privileged fields of control in favor of their interests. There, the multiple scenarios of formation need to be transformed to account for how the human of this time is shaped, establishing in all systems of educational and pedagogical mediations a scenario of dispute. This must also be reformulated and reorganized by critical thinking, sense in which this text is inscribed, to open tracks of reflection from Latin American thought and specifically from popular educations.

Ali, os múltiplos cenários de formação precisam ser transformados para explicar como o ser humano desse tempo é moldado, estabelecendo em todos os sistemas de mediações educacionais e pedagógicas um cenário de disputa, que também deve ser reformulado e reorganizado pelo pensamento crítico, sentido no qual este texto está inscrito, para abrir faixas de reflexão a partir do pensamento latino-americano e, especificamente, a partir da educação popular.Hablar de formación hoy día es colocarnos en un escenario de grandes transformaciones de época y civilizatorias, las cuales replantean los sistemas de socialización construidos en la cultura occidental: política, familia, religión y, desde luego, la escuela, la cual ve cómo el proyecto de la cuarta revolución industrial y un capitalismo cognitivo al mando convierte a la ciencia y al conocimiento en fuerza productiva, dando un vuelco a la institucionalidad educativa e investigativa y convirtiéndolos en campos privilegiados de control para sus intereses.
