Resumo: | Art in capitalism is not only an esthetic expression, but also a commodity, several times reducing the masterpiece to a product. However, art also can contribute, dialectically, in the sensibility field, to an emancipatory development, when it preserves its intrinsic characteristic of sign of the spiritual development typical of the modern civilization. Based on the criticism about the appropriation of art for commercial purposes, this article aims an artistic education at school that broadens students’ esthetic references. Moreover, it leads to developing their greatest abilities to human emancipation, therefore, in the scope of the theoretical framework of historical and dialectical materialism. This text is part of the results of a master's research. |

This text is part of the results of a master's research.El arte en el capitalismo no es solamente una expresión estética, sino también una mercadoría, lo que inviabiliza su carácter emancipador, confundiendo la libre expresión estética con un producto designado al mercado. El arte contribuí, dialíticamente, en el ámbito de la sensibilidad, para una formación emancipadora, cuando conserva su característica intrínseca de la actividad cultural para el desarrollo de la sensibilidad de la civilización humana. El artículo hace una crítica al entendimiento del arte como una mercadoría. A partir de esta concepción de Arte, el texto presenta reflexiones sobre la práctica de enseñanza del arte en la educación escolar. Propone la superación de una concepción mercantilizada del arte, apuntando para una enseñanza que amplía las referencias estéticas del estudiante, con el objetivo de desarrollar sus máximas capacidades, produciendo el horizonte da la emancipación humana, por tanto, en el marco del referencial teórico del materialismo histórico y dialéctico. Este texto es parte de una investigación de maestría.A arte no capitalismo não é apenas uma expressão estética, mas tambem mercadoria, muitas vezes, reduzindo a obra de arte a mero produto ou interesses materiais de dominação histórica. Mas a arte também pode contribuir, dialeticamente, no âmbito da sensibilidade, para uma formação emancipadora, quando conserva sua característica intrínseca de signo do desenvolvimento espiritual da civilização. A partir da crítica à apropriação da arte com fins mercantis, o texto propõe uma formação artística na escola, que amplie as referências estéticas dos alunos, com vistas ao desenvolvimento de suas máximas capacidades e a produção para a emancipação humana, portanto, no âmbito do referencial teórico do materialismo histórico e dialético.
