Art of teaching and the crossroads with the XV Meeting On Research In School

Resumo: This article aims to reflect on the art of teaching life and the crossings from the XV Meeting on Research in School in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. In this context, teaching is present daily in the routine of each individual, however, the school, with the help of the teacher, plays a fundamental role in the construction of personal and professional training of the human being. Under this threshold, educational transformations related to the teaching and learning process are observed. These changes can be attributed to the pedagogical actions promoted by intrinsic or extrinsic movements exercised by teachers. Several are the stories that move new actions and that result in memorable teaching experiences in the school environment. The XV Meeting on Research in School was attended by the school community in its wide diversity, with the art of teaching and learning enriched by the participants' reports. This is a reflective, descriptive and exploratory article that invites the reader to reflect on the educational aspects and discussions present at the XV Meeting on Research in School in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. The event sparked a wide and rich discussion about teaching and learning practices in the classroom, as well as the construction of being a teacher in primary and higher education. This meeting provoked the awakening of change through an education linked to art, articulated to an innovative view on teaching practice and the value of teaching.

En este contexto, la enseñanza está presente diariamente en la rutina de cada individuo, sin embargo, la escuela, con la ayuda del docente, tiene un papel fundamental en la construcción de la formación personal y profesional del ser humano. Bajo este umbral, se observan transformaciones educativas, relacionadas al proceso de enseñanza y aprendizaje. Estos cambios pueden ser atribuidos a las acciones pedagógicas promovidas por movimientos intrínsecos o extrínsecos ejercidos por los docentes. Diversos son los relatos que mueven nuevas acciones y que resultan en experiencias de enseñanza memorables en el ambiente escolar. El XV Encuentro sobre Investigación en la Escuela, contó con la participación de la comunidad escolar en su amplia diversidad, teniendo el arte de vivir docente y discente enriquecida con el relato de los participantes. Se trata de un artículo reflexivo, descriptivo y exploratorio, que invita al lector a reflexionar sobre los aspectos educativos y discusiones presentes en el XV Encuentro sobre Investigación en la Escuela en Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. El evento suscitó una amplia y rica discusión sobre prácticas de enseñanza y aprendizaje en el aula, así como la construcción del ser profesor en la enseñanza básica y superior. Este encuentro provocó el despertar del cambio por una enseñanza atada al arte, articulado a una mirada innovadora sobre la práctica docente y la valorización de la enseñanza.Este artigo possui o objetivo de refletir sobre a arte de viver docente e os atravessamentos oriundos do XV Encontro sobre Investigação na Escola em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. Neste contexto, o ensino está presente diariamente na rotina de cada indivíduo, no entanto, a escola, com o auxílio do docente, possui um papel fundamental na construção da formação pessoal e profissional do ser humano. Sob este limiar, são observadas transformações educacionais, relacionadas ao processo de ensino e aprendizagem. Essas mudanças podem ser atribuídas às ações pedagógicas promovidas por movimentos intrínsecos ou extrínsecos exercidos pelos docentes. Diversos são os relatos que movem novas ações e que resultam em experiências de ensino memoráveis no ambiente escolar.  O XV Encontro sobre Investigação na Escola, contou com a participação da comunidade escolar na sua ampla diversidade, tendo a arte de viver docente e discente enriquecida com o relato dos participantes. Trata-se de um artigo reflexivo, descritivo e exploratório, que convida o leitor a refletir sobre os aspectos educacionais e discussões presentes no XV Encontro sobre Investigação na Escola em Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil. O evento suscitou uma ampla e rica discussão sobre práticas de ensino e aprendizagem em sala de aula, bem como, a construção do ser professor no ensino básico e superior.
