Resumo: Cultural landscape is directly associated to the physical expression of human activity in land, as time goes by. This activity leaves in the territory a series of traces, as for example: tracks, constructions, topography modifications, and transformation of original habitat. When one speaks of “cultural landscape”, it doesn’t always imply a reference to a “living” territory, in terms of the productive activity that represents its identity traces. Coffee Cultural Landscape, as one of the “living” cultural landscapes in the world, is a key element in the construction of a sustainable, consensual an participative development model for the department and the region; and UNESCO statement an opportunity, as well as a challenge, to make it possible.

Universidade Estadual de Campinas2012-04-29info:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersionAnálise descritivaapplication/pdfhttps://periodicos.sbu.unicamp.br/ojs/index.php/labore/article/view/1110.20396/lobore.v6i2.11Labor e Engenho; Vol. 6 No. 2 (2012): abr./jun.; 39-51Labor e Engenho; Vol. 6 Núm. 2 (2012): abr./jun.; 39-51Labor e Engenho; v. 6 n. 2 (2012): abr./jun.; 39-512176-8846reponame:Labor & Engenho (Online)instname:Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP)instacron:UNICAMPspahttps://periodicos.sbu.unicamp.br/ojs/index.php/labore/article/view/11/pdf_26BrasilCopyright (c) 2015 Labor & Engenhoinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessBarbero, Valeria Inés2019-07-18T05:03:12Zoai:ojs.periodicos.sbu.unicamp.br:article/11Revistahttp://periodicos.sbu.unicamp.br/ojs/index.php/laborePUBhttps://periodicos.sbu.unicamp.br/ojs/index.php/labore/oai||argollo@fec.unicamp.br2176-88461981-1152opendoar:2019-07-18T05:03:12Labor & Engenho (Online) - Universidade Estadual de Campinas (UNICAMP)false
