Resumo: This research aims to identify the experiences of Facebook users with remote learning during Covid-19. For this, 815 comments were selected from a post by G1 page, that informed the MEC criteria for teaching during the pandemic. The method followed the documental procedure and computerized textual analysis performed with Iramuteq. The results presented four categories: Technologies, Families, Health and Presential/Remote. Revealing that the impacts were in the lack of technological structures and in the family environment, with a comparison between face-to-face and remote teaching and the return depending on public health strategies.

Para ello, fueron analizados 815 comentarios seleccionados de una publicación del  G1 que informó los criterios del MEC para la enseñanza durante la pandemia. El método siguió el procedimiento  documental y los análisis textuales computadorizados  realizados con el Iramuteq. Los resultados presentaron cuatro categorías temáticas: Tecnologías, familias, Salud y Presencial/Remoto y revelaron que los impactos estaban en la falta de estructuras tecnológicas y en el ambiente familiar, con la comparación entre la enseñanza presencial y remota y la vuelta a las actividades presenciales dependientes de la salud pública.Esta pesquisa objetivou identificar as experiências dos usuários do Facebook com o ensino remoto durante a Covid-19. Para isso, foram analisados 815 comentários selecionados de uma postagem de cunho jornalístico do G1, que informou os critérios do MEC para o ensino durante a pandemia. O método seguiu o procedimento documental e as análises textuais computadorizadas realizadas com o Iramuteq.
