Social control and health teaching: for a decolonial psychological practice

Summary: Background: The 16th National Health Conference provided the qualified participation of 12 students from a Psychology course of the Midwest region of the Country enrolled in the Public Policies Project developed in the Common Core Internship. Simultaneously, meetings of Municipal Councils in that area and other conferences were followed. The objective of the Internship was to integrate skills to act in the challenges faced by the Unified Health System. Description of the Experience: The preparatory studies of the axes of this Conference - Financing, Principles and Rights - started in March and remained until September 2019 with the meetings of the Social Control Bodies. This study is descriptive, like Experience Report and presents part of the analysis of statements problematized by the group. The supervisory method of work was the conversation wheel and the theories that supported the analyzes were discursive and decolonial. Results and Impacts: This Internship provided the development of theoretical, technical and social skills through the development of student leadership in the search for constant reflection and political autonomy. Final Considerations: The Social participation as a Teaching Activity in Health is shows itself in the development of skills to work in the Unified Health System despite the obstacles present in the spaces of Social Control. We conclude that Internship supervision continues to be a valuable component for the training in Psychology.

Al mismo tiempo, se siguieron las reuniones de los Consejos Municipales en esa área y otras conferencias. El objetivo de la pasantía era integrar habilidades para actuar en los desafíos que enfrenta el Sistema Único de Salud. Descripción de la experiencia: Los estudios preparatorios de los ejes de esta Conferencia - Financiación, Principios y Derechos - comenzaron en marzo y permanecieron hasta septiembre de 2019 con las reuniones de los Organismos de Control Social. Este estudio es descriptivo, como el Informe de experiencia y presenta parte del análisis de las declaraciones problematizadas por el grupo. El método de trabajo de supervisión fue la rueda de conversación y las teorías que respaldaron los análisis fueron discursivas y descoloniales. Resultados e Impactos: Esta pasantía permitió el desarrollo de habilidades teóricas, técnicas y sociales a través del desarrollo del liderazgo estudiantil en la búsqueda de la reflexión constante y la autonomía política. Consideraciones finales: La participación social como actividad docente en salud se muestra potente en el desarrollo de habilidades para trabajar en el Sistema Único de Salud, a pesar de los obstáculos presentes en los espacios de Control Social. Llegamos a la conclusión de que la supervisión de pasantías sigue siendo un componente valioso para la formación en psicología.Contextualização: A 16ª Conferência Nacional de Saúde propiciou a participação qualificada de 12 estudantes de um curso de Psicologia da região Centro-Oeste do País matriculados no Projeto Políticas Públicas desenvolvido em Estágio do Núcleo Comum. Foram acompanhadas, simultaneamente, reuniões de Conselhos Municipais dessa área e outras conferências. O objetivo do Estágio foi integrar habilidades para atuação nos desafios enfrentados pelo Sistema Único de Saúde. Descrição da Experiência: Os estudos preparatórios dos eixos dessa Conferência - Financiamento, Princípios e Direitos - iniciaram-se em março e permaneceram até setembro de 2019 com as reuniões dos Órgãos de Controle Social. Este estudo é descritivo, tipo Relato de Experiência e apresenta parte das análises de enunciados problematizados pelo grupo. O método de trabalho em supervisão foi a roda de conversa e as teorias que fundamentaram as análises foram discursivas e decoloniais. Resultados e Impactos: Esse Estágio propiciou o desenvolvimento de competências teóricas, técnicas e sociais por meio do desenvolvimento do protagonismo estudantil na busca de reflexão constante e de autonomia política. Considerações Finais: A participação social como atividade de Ensino em Saúde mostra-se potente no desenvolvimento de competências para atuação no Sistema Único de Saúde apesar dos entraves presentes nos espaços de Controle Social.
