This paper intends to combine domain ontology and knowledge graphs as methods for exploring and representing information about users' experience in shared workspaces, using a semantic model for the analysis of comments taken from digital platforms. Furthermore, use the case study to explore the structuring of the reality of relationships between people and environments from organizational and spatial performances. The adopted strategy uses performance measure indicators as a conceptual basis for establishing the semantic relations between entities (objects) and properties (characteristics) regarding the qualitative aspects provided by users. The methodological procedures applied to a dataset composed of 261 comments resulted in a basis for analysis with 567 individual indicators. From this amount, 76 classes of objects were extracted and associated through 14 relations representatives of the user's preferences and interactions with the environment. The results demonstrate a robust set of information highlighting the potential for exploring digital data in spaces through the semantic web. Semantic technology presents itself as a solution for mapping information about spaces undergoing evaluation, in addition to representing user satisfaction with their corresponding occupied spaces, potentially assisting knowledge feedback for organizational management and architectural retrofit.
