Collective work and organization of mathematics teaching: principles and practices

Resumo: | The possibility to bring together researchers from different institutions, with interests focused on the teaching and learning of mathematics in the early years of elementary school has resulted in the organization of a formative research for networked cores. The theoretical background of this work is cultural-historical theory. This article seeks to present the contributions about the teacher education and organization of mathematics teaching. The intention is that results of these studies may constitute theoretical and methodological indicators to the process of teaching and learning centered in the collective production. The main result of this work is the importance of sharing the training process in joint activities as a means of enabling individuals the opportunity of developing specific forms of cooperation, which will provide appropriation of meaningful process of collective production of knowledge about the pedagogical activity. |

Este artigo busca apresentar discussões acerca do fenômeno formação docente e organização do ensino de matemática. A intenção é que estes estudos possam se constituir em indicadores teórico-metodológicos para o processo de aprendizagem docente centrado no modo de produção coletivo.
