Gender ideology? : notes for a policy debate and institutional violence

Resumo: The purpose of this article is to reflect on the fight against policies for the achieving equity of rights and fighting to end violence against groups such as the LGBTT population (Lesbians, Gays, Bisexuals, Transvestites and Transgenders and Trans Men) and women in the field of education. The centrality acquired in the national conjuncture of these themes has been pointed out by a conservative wing of society that, in recent years, has listed such policies as cards in a game marked by empty speeches and obscure intentions. Based on the theoretical contributions of Social Sciences, education and gender and sexuality studies, we explore documents in the area of ​​educational policies, in order to present readers with the legal bases that support, guide and highlight the importance of pedagogical proposals for training of students and teachers on gender and human sexuality issues. Our central argument is that the fight against these assumptions, wrapped in the idea of ​​spreading a “gender ideology”, occurs through the suppression of official conditions (laws that allow resources) and surveillance of daily practices (via hidden curriculum).

La centralidad adquirida en la coyuntura nacional de estos temas ha sido señalada por un ala conservadora de la sociedad que, en los últimos años, ha catalogado tales políticas como cartas en un juego marcado por discursos vacíos e intenciones oscuras. A partir de los aportes teóricos de las Ciencias Sociales, la educación y los estudios de género y sexualidad, exploramos documentos en el ámbito de las políticas educativas, con el fin de presentar a los lectores las bases legales que sustentan, orientan y resaltan la importancia de las propuestas pedagógicas para la formación. de estudiantes y docentes en temas de género y sexualidad humana. Nuestro argumento central es que la lucha contra estos supuestos, envuelta en la idea de difundir una “ideología de género”, se da a través de la supresión de las condiciones oficiales (leyes que permiten recursos) y la vigilancia de las prácticas cotidianas (vía currículum oculto).O objetivo deste artigo é refletir a respeito do combate às políticas para a conquista da equidade de direitos e luta pelo fim da violência a grupos como a população LGBTT (Lésbicas, Gays, Bissexuais, Travestis e Transgêneros e Homens Trans) e as mulheres no campo da educação. A centralidade adquirida na conjuntura nacional destes temas vem sendo assinalada por parte de uma ala conservadora da sociedade que, nos últimos anos, tem elencado tais políticas como cartas em um jogo marcado por discursos vazios e intuitos obscuros. A partir das contribuições teóricas das Ciências Sociais, da educação e dos estudos de gênero e sexualidade, exploramos documentos da área das políticas educacionais, a fim de apresentarmos aos leitores as bases legais que fundamentam, orientam e destacam a importância de propostas pedagógicas para a formação de alunos e docentes quanto às questões relativas ao gênero e à sexualidade humana.
