Development and evaluation of the serious game angels blue aimed at heritage education

Resumo: This article describes the serious game “Anjos Azuis” developed in order to assist in heritage education, raising awareness about the importance of heritage preservation, stimulating the sense of belonging and responsibility. The game was developed using the methodology based on the DPE framework (Design, Play, Experience); and validated by the application of LORI (Learning Objects Review Instrument) and EgameFlow methodologies, involving 46 children and 3 educators. With the result of the study, a mobile version was implemented, with audio exploration, touch screen-oriented commands and automatic plays, in order to improve accessibility for non-literate students, since the target audience is children of the lower fundamental. Today, “Anjos Azuis” instrumentalizes a municipal government initiative for public safety education.

Este volta-se para o serious game "Anjos Azuis", que explora a ludicidade, imersão, dinâmica, familiaridade com jogos e outras vantagens de games para o ensino. Foi desenvolvido usando o framework DPE (Design, Play, Experience); e validado pelas metodologias LORI (Learning Objects Review Instrument) e EgameFlow, envolvendo 46 crianças e 3 pedagogas. Em etapa pós-avaliação, foi implementada uma versão mobile, com exploração de áudio para os textos de composição do “Anjos Azuis”, comandos orientados a touch screen e plays automáticos, a fim de melhorar a acessibilidade para alunos não alfabetizados.
