Resumo: Meeting the student's needs in the aquisition of new learnings in a complex, globalized, digital world in constant changes remands rethinking formative approaches which prepares the educators for this new challenge that reflects on the transformation of their working places, changes the conception and relationships between the actors and therefore enables and encourages a greater engagement in the learning process. This report presents one of the new approaches embraced by "Núcleo de Tecnologias para Aprendizagem” of the “Secretaria Municipal de Educação de São Paulo", called "Seminário e Mostra Ação Promovendo Refexão", created having base pedagogical principles of projects, autonomy, inventiveness, collaboration, protagonism and reflective thinking that come close to the premises of Creative Learning.

This report presents one of the new approaches embraced by "Núcleo de Tecnologias para Aprendizagem” of the “Secretaria Municipal de Educação de São Paulo", called "Seminário e Mostra Ação Promovendo Refexão", created having base pedagogical principles of projects, autonomy, inventiveness, collaboration, protagonism and reflective thinking that come close to the premises of Creative Learning.Atender as necessidades dos alunos na aquisição de novas aprendizagens em um mundo complexo, globalizado e digital que está em constante mudança demanda repensar abordagens formativas, que prepare os educadores para esse desafio e que reflita na transformação de espaços, mude concepções e relações entre os atores e, consequentemente, possibilite e incentive maior engajamento nos processos de aprendizagem. Este artigo apresenta uma das abordagens adotadas pelo Núcleo de Tecnologias para a Aprendizagem da Secretaria Municipal de Educação de São Paulo, denominado “Seminário e Mostra Ação promovendo a Reflexão”, estruturada pelos princípios pedagógicos de projetos, autonomia, inventividade, colaboração, protagonismo e pensamento reflexivo que se aproximam das premissas da Aprendizagem Criativa.
