Resumo: This text discusses the concepts of memory and history within the educational theme in archives, memory centers, museums, and libraries, seeking to articulate training, information, and knowledge. It starts from the case of the João Penteado Archive, organized at the Education Memory Center of the Faculty of Education of the University of São Paulo and establishes reflections on the role of archives, museums and libraries in the face of the singularities of this archive. It presents the trajectory of the organization of an analytical inventory of documentary sources themed in the context of the organization of rationalist schools by the anarchist movement in São Paulo, promoting a reflection on the relationship between memory, archives, and anarchist movement.

Parte del caso del Archivo João Penteado, organizado en el Centro de Memoria Educativa de la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de São Paulo y establece reflexiones sobre el papel de los archivos, museos y bibliotecas frente a las singularidades de este archivo. Presenta la trayectoria de la construcción de un inventario analítico de fuentes documentales tematizado en el contexto de la organización de las escuelas racionalistas por el movimiento anarquista en São Paulo, promoviendo una reflexión sobre la relación entre memoria, archivos y movimiento anarquista.Este texto discute os conceitos de “memória” e “história” no âmbito da temática educacional, com base em arquivos, Centros de Memória, museus e bibliotecas, buscando articular formação, informação e conhecimento. O artigo parte do caso do Arquivo João Penteado, organizado no Centro de Memória da Educação, da Faculdade de Educação da Universidade de São Paulo, e estabelece reflexões sobre o papel de arquivos, museus e bibliotecas diante das singularidades desse arquivo.
