A superexposição de crianças na internet e a responsabilidade parental

Resumo: The objective of this dissertation is to enable discussion about the exposition of children in social media as a way of raising funds through their video images at plataforms that monetizes these type of content. The main reason for elaboring this article was the various exposés by the media telling us about how those parents were filming their children in degradating situations just to get famous in these entreteniment plataforms. So, to analize how these type of conducts affects the human dignity of the child, it was used various bibliographies about the theme, this being a theorical study about what kind of measures the child will be able to take in relation to the brazilian 1 Acadêmica de Direito UniCesumar - 2016/2020 laws. Resulting in a journey through parental authority and responsibility and the compensation owned for all the damage caused to their children upon having their image exposed in social media. Owning to the rapid technologic evolution and desire to share personal life elements in the internet, becoming this questioning extremely important due to resolution of conflict in the future lives of these children who grew up with this exposition.

A principal motivação para sua elaboração foi a extensa gama de acontecimentos noticiados pela mídia tratando de pais que passaram a filmar seus filhos em situações degradantes para conseguir notoriedade em redes de entretenimento. Assim, para analisar como tal conduta afeta a dignidade da pessoa humana da criança, foram utilizadas bibliografias diversas acerca do tema, sendo este um estudo teórico que visa apresentar quais medidas a criança poderá tomar em relação ao ordenamento jurídico brasileiro. Resulta-se em uma jornada através da autoridade e responsabilidade parental, e a devida compensação pelos danos causados à prole mediante a superexposição de sua imagem nas mídias sociais.
