Resumo: The purpose of this article is to demonstrate how the evolution of the internet has drastically changed the law of the country, bringing to light several other forms of contracts, such as the electronic contracts. It also intends to demonstrate how the above mentioned contracts arose, what they mean and their types, as well as the legal relevance of each one and their legal validity, which can easily be considered null and void. This article was based on the consultations of different doctrines, jurisprudence and the Brazilian legislation. After a detailed analysis of doctrinal and jurisprudential concepts of contracts and legal deals, it was possible to conclude that electronic contracts, even with a very vague legislation, have effective legal validity and are efficacious.

Pretende-se demonstrar como surgiram os contratos eletrônicos, o que significa e os tipos destes, bem como a relevância jurídica de cada qual e a validade jurídica dos mesmos, que podem facilmente ser considerados nulos. A realização deste artigo foi possível devido a consultas a diversas doutrinas, jurisprudências e legislação brasileira.
