Resumo: The aim of this study is to analyze the Planning, Programming and Production Control (PPPC) sector of the company Altoplano Jeans. The information was collected during the company's production processes, together with its director and ERP system help. The implementation of the PPPC guarantees essential benefits such as assistance in decision- making, which becomes more agile and assertive, better communication between the different areas of the company, cost reduction and compliance with deadlines. Currently, Altoplano Jeans is experiencing difficulties with production, especially in the sewing sector, since its numbers are insufficient for the large factories and, at the same time, they are unfeasible for the factories formed by autonomous seamstresses.

As informações foram coletadas durante os processos de produção da empresa, juntamente com seu diretor e com o auxílio do sistema ERP utilizado. A implementação do PPCP garante benefícios essenciais como o auxílio na tomada de decisões, que passa a ser mais ágil e assertiva, a melhor comunicação entre as diferentes áreas que compõem a empresa, a redução de custos e o cumprimento dos prazos.
