Teletrabalho e a influência da pandemia do COVID-19

Resumo: | In 2020 the whole world had to adapt to the new way of maintaining interpersonal and professional relationships remotely, which caused great impacts on people's daily lives. Through this issue, the provision in law took new forms with the 2017 Labor Reform, since there is in remote mode a way to carry out the professional exercise, being an ideal alternative to comply with the rules of social distancing imposed by government, in order to contain the propagation of the virus that has caused such a global health crisis without completely stopping the activities that drive the economy of the country and the world. This article outlines brief considerations about the legal innovations in relation to telecommuting in Brazil, in a cautious way about those inserted in the context of the pandemic caused by the new coronavirus. |

Através desta problemática, a previsão legal tomou novas formas com a Reforma Trabalhista de 2017, visto que se tem no modo remoto um meio de desempenhar o exercício profissional, sendo uma alternativa ideal para se cumprir as regras de distanciamento social impostos pelos governantes, a fim de conter a disseminação do vírus que tem causado tal crise sanitária global sem que seja interrompida por completo as atividades que movem a economia do país e do mundo.
