This project aims to list the factors that lead to affective abandonment and, consequently, to reverse abandonment, which occurs when children abandon their parents, in many cases, this abandonment occurs in old age. It is intended to analyze what factors leads the parents to abandon their children and require food from these abandoned children lather. The Statute of Childrens and Adolescents (Law 8.069 / 1990), states that childrens and adolescents have fundamental rights, such as the right to life and health, and should not suffer any type of abuse. Therefore, we seek to understand the emotional impact that parental abandonment causes on a child's life. During this project, it is noted that, in addition to psychological suffering, in many cases, there is physical violence caused by the parents. It will be addressed, if the parents who abandoned the child, will have the right to ask for food fundus in his old age. The Federal Constitution, in its article 229, and article 3 of the Elderly Statute (Law nº 10.741 / 2003), the duty of care of parents with children and of children with parents in their old age. Thus, the method used was the deductive and the research technique was made from the bibliographic review and the analysis of articles, books and news related to the theme.
