Resumo: The present article has the aim of analyzing telework, making a historical study of its origin, concept and regulation, in addition to the differentiation between home employment, advantages, disadvantages and evaluate the significant growth of this modality during the Covid-19 pandemic. Teleworking, also named home-office, is defined as do your activities wherever you want, using technological means, advancing greater mobility and ease to perform those means. It is proposed, therefore, to present reflections and analysis of the influence of this type of work, based on the current moment we live in, so that, for employee, it was a way found so that their activities would not be stopped. Because of this, its growth is so significant. It will be also argued about the COVID-19 pandemic, ways of contagion and preservation, the impact on the economy and how the disease cure is being search.

O teletrabalho, também chamado atualmente de home-office, é o fato de o empregado exercer suas atividades onde quiser, utilizando meios tecnológicos, gerando uma maior mobilidade e facilidade para executá-lo. Propõe-se, assim, apresentar reflexões e analisar a influência dessa nova modalidade de trabalho, baseado no atual momento que vivemos, de modo que, para o empregado, em meio à pandemia foi uma forma encontrada para que suas atividades não ficassem paradas, por isso, seu crescimento é tão significativo.
