Consumer society and programed obsolescence: hindrances to obtain aim 12 of sustainable development of Agenda 2030

Resumo: The globalization process and its negative impacts with regard to stimulation to consume that affects the environment are investigated. The above is foregrounded on the practical applicability of the idea of programed obsolescence with regard to the development agenda for the millennium´s ends. An improvement for the practical use of sustainability, conscious consumption and solidarity should be more active within contemporary juridical debate against the disordered advance of technology and market to cope with the programed obsolescence produced by the market´s great corporations. Through deduction and dialogue with sources of international and nations laws, current paper brings forth solutions to acquire a sustainable consumption agenda based on the guidelines established by aim 12 of the 2030 agenda. Greater regulations by determined market sectors will favor these proposals.

Greater regulations by determined market sectors will favor these proposals.En el presente estudio se aborda el proceso de globalización y sus impactos negativos en lo que se refiere al estímulo al consumo que afectan el medio ambiente, consubstanciado en la aplicabilidad práctica de la idea de obsolescencia programada a respeto de la agenda desarrollada carreada por los objetivos del milenio. Para este objetivo, una mejora del uso práctico de los conceptos de sustentabilidad, consumo consciente y solidaridad merece estar más presente en el debate jurídico contemporáneo, en el sentido de combatir a los avances de la tecnología y del mercado desreglado de la actualidad, de manera a hacer frente a la obsolescencia programada producida por las grandes corporaciones del mercado. En este contexto, a partir de la metodología deductiva y con base en la discusión del diálogo de fuentes del derecho internacional e interno, en el presente estudio se busca trazar soluciones para alcanzarse la conquista de una agenda sustentable de consumo, balizada por las orientaciones establecidas en el objetivo nº. 12 de la agenda de 2030. En esta medida, lo que se verifica es que una mayor regulación de determinados sectores del mercado podrá suscitar alcanzar tales presupuestos.O presente trabalho aborda o processo de globalização e seus impactos negativos quanto ao estímulo ao consumo que afetam o meio ambiente, consubstanciado na aplicabilidade prática da ideia de obsolescência programada em face da agenda desenvolvimentista carreada pelos objetivos do milênio. Para este objetivo, um aprimoramento do uso prático dos conceitos de sustentabilidade, consumo consciente e solidariedade merece estar mais presente no debate jurídico contemporâneo, no sentido de combater aos avanços da tecnologia e do mercado desregulado da atualidade, de maneira a fazer frente à obsolescência programada produzida pelas grandes corporações do mercado. Neste contexto, a partir de uma metodologia dedutiva e com base na discussão do diálogo de fontes do direito internacional e interno, o presente trabalho busca traçar soluções para se atingir a conquista de uma agenda sustentável de consumo, balizada pelas orientações estabelecidas no objetivo nº. 12 da agenda de 2030.
