Based on the logical, deductive and comparative methods, this study draws the reader on a tour of one of the most important axioms of the General Procedure Theory, namely, the Principle of the Judge’s Official Impulse, and his/her consonance or not to the new system of satisfaction in an already recognized law, which was grafted on civil procedural law by Law N. 11.232/05. Noted that it will, despite no longer considered the implementation of legal titles - in terms of the art. 475-I and following the Civil Procedure Law - an autonomous process, but a second "module" of the cognitive process, this implementation is not carried by "judge’s official impulse," as it should be, but, by application of the one whose credit (the right amount) is already admitted.
