Resumo: For a long time lawyers, doctrines and applicators of the law, have discussed the matter of scientific certainty, as well as the need for better forwarding legal research. In this context, the purpose of this article is to discuss and highlight the importance of the research in Science's current law, aiming to comment about issues relating to research and science, object and method, considering the law natural features, which can not be forgotten. Still, it is intended to demonstrate that the strengthening the research with practical application could contribute to the scientific and knowledge effectiveness.

Still, it is intended to demonstrate that the strengthening the research with practical application could contribute to the scientific and knowledge effectiveness.A lo largo del tiempo, los juristas, doctrinarios y aplicadores del derecho, tienen realizado discusiones sobre la cientificidad de la materia jurídica, bien como la necesidad de mejorar la investigación jurídica. Frente a ello, se pretende con este artículo, discutir y destacar la importancia que tiene la investigación en Ciencia del Derecho actual, objetivando comentar respecto a cuestiones relativas a la investigación y a la cientificidad, objeto y método, considerando los singulares rasgos del Derecho, los cuales no pueden ser olvidados. Aún, se pretende demostrar que fortalecer la investigación con aplicaciones prácticas podrá contribuir para efectuarse la cientificidad y el conocimiento.Por muito tempo os juristas, doutrinadores e aplicadores do Direito, têm discutido a cientificidade da matéria jurídica, bem como a necessidade de melhor encaminhamento da pesquisa jurídica. Diante deste quadro, pretende-se com este artigo, discutir e destacar a importância de que se reveste a pesquisa em Ciência do Direito atual, objetivando comentar questões relativas à pesquisa e à cientificidade, objeto e método, considerando os singulares traços do Direito, os quais não podem ser olvidados.
