Resumo: | Over the years, humanity has caused major disasters in the environment of planet Earth, due to the great industrialization, overpopulation, the excessive use of hydrocarbons which directly affect the atmosphere of the planet. Now, a disease has emerged that has affected the population of the vast majority of states, which, according to WHO, is facing a pandemic for the COVID 19 virus. Thus, States must contribute more of their resources to ensure their essential purposes as guarantor of their population’s rights, including fundamental, economic, social and cultural rights, as well as the healthy environment. In this way, and under the harmonious collaboration of States with international organizations, progress can be made from a model of life in which the planet has been affected, one in which effective protection is generated, since, if humanity continues to be in breach, humanity will not be able to exercise its rights on the planet. |
