A luta pelo reconhecimento e a Lei 10.639/03 no com bate ao racismo institucionalizado brasileiro

 ResumoNeste artigo realiza-se um estudo sobre o surgimento da lei nº 10.639/03, objetivando mostrar que ela, em grande medida, é tributária do movimento social negro. Tomando como referência metodológica os estudos de História Social, os autores revelam que a narrativa histórica da luta antirracista no Brasil é um processo pelo qual os indivíduos lutam pelo reconhecimento intersubjetivo de sua identidade, cujo agir contra os desrespeitos que lhes foram infringidos possibilita-lhes a geração da autorrelação reparadora de sua autoestima.Palavras-chave: Educação; Políticas públicas;Lei 10.639/03;Racismo. The Fight for the Recognition and the Law 10.639/03 in the combat of the institutionalized Brazilian racismAbstract This article presents a study on the emergence of Law No. 10.639/03, aiming to show that it is, largely, tributary of the black social movement. Having as methodological references, the studies of Social History, the authors show that the historical narrative of the anti-racist fight in Brazil is a process by which the individuals fight for the intersubjective recognition of their identity, which the act against the disrespect that they have been infringed allow the generation of the self-restorative relationship of their self esteem.Key words: Education;Public Policy; Law 10.639/03; Racism.
