Resumo: | The work aims to describe the experience of conception, construction, and execution of the self-assessment in the Postgraduation Program in Education - PPGE/UERN. Thus, the present study is an investigation of a descriptive and reflective nature focused on socialization and reflection on the work carried out by the program's self-evaluation committee, contemplating the focus on fundamental stages of this process, from the elaboration of an action plan to socialization and discussion of the results. Within its central aspects, the text presents the principles and actions that guided the PPGE's self-assessment and describes how the self-assessment experience undertaken in the program was operationalized. It ends by pointing out the challenge of consolidating a culture of self-assessment. |

En ese sentido, el presente estudio constituye uma investigación de carácter descriptivo y reflexivo enfocada en la socialización y en la reflexión sobre el trabajo realizado por el Comité de autoevaluación del programa, contemplando etapas fundamentales de este proceso, desde la elaboración de un plan de acción hasta la socialización y discusión de los resultados. Entre sus aspectos centrales, el texto presenta los principios y las acciones que orientaron la autoevaluación del PPGE, y describe cómo se operativizó la experiencia de autoevaluación emprendida. Finaliza señalando el desafío de consolidar una cultura de autoevaluación.O objetivo deste texto consiste em descrever a experiência de concepção, construção e execução da autoavaliação no âmbito do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Ensino - PPGE/UERN. Nesse sentido, o presente estudo constitui uma investigação de natureza descritiva e reflexiva centrada na socialização e na reflexão do trabalho realizado pela Comissão de autoavaliação do programa, contemplando etapas fundamentais desse processo. Dentre seus aspectos centrais, o texto apresenta os princípios e as ações que nortearam a autoavaliação do PPGE, e descreve como foi operacionalizada a experiência de autoavaliação empreendida.
