Playfulness as a teaching resource for teaching fractions in the 6th year of Fundamental Education

Resumo: Teaching mathematics in elementary education is a challenge for teachers and researchers. To overcome these methodological technical barriers, playfulness has been used. Playfulness is associated with dance, music and when playing, it is a powerful mechanism to increase students' interest in some discipline or content. This methodology makes learning more fun and interesting, enabling the teaching of content in a light way. Due to its importance, this work has as an objective to use playfulness as a tool to aid the teaching of fractions. The research was carried out in a Municipal School, with 30 students in the 6th grade class, 13 of whom were male and 17 were female. An analysis of the theme was made through a questionnaire, the application of the game and an evaluation at the end of the activities. It was found that, with the insertion of games in classes, they became more dynamic and pleasurable, promoting greater interaction between students / material-manipulable / teacher, which contributed to an improvement in learning the content of fractions.

Para superar estas barreras técnicas metodológicas, se ha utilizado el lúdico. El lúdico está asociada con la danza, la música y al tocar, es un mecanismo poderoso para aumentar el interés de los estudiantes en alguna disciplina o contenido. Esta metodología hace que el aprendizaje sea más divertido e interesante, permitiendo la enseñanza de contenidos de una forma liviana.  Debido a su importancia, este trabajo tiene como objetivo utilizar el lúdico como una herramienta para ayudar a enseñar fracciones. La investigación se llevó a cabo en una Escuela Municipal, con 30 alumnos de sexto grado, de los cuales 13 eran hombres y 17 mujeres. Se realizó un análisis del tema através de un cuestionario, la aplicación del juego y una evaluación al final de las actividades. Se encontró que, con la inserción de juegos en las clases, se volvieron más dinámicos y placenteros, promoviendo una mayor interacción entre alumnos / material manipulable / docente, lo que contribuyó a una mejora en el aprendizaje del contenido de las fracciones.O ensino da matemática na educação fundamental é um desafio para docentes e pesquisadores.  Para superar essas barreiras técnicas metodológicas o lúdico tem sido utilizado. Essa metodologia torna o aprendizado mais divertido e interessante, possibilitando o ensino do conteúdo de uma maneira leve. Devido a sua importância, este trabalho tem como objetivo utilizar o lúdico como ferramenta no auxílio do ensino de frações. A pesquisa foi realizada em uma Escola Municipal, com 30 alunos da turma do 6º ano, sendo 13 do sexo masculino e 17 do sexo feminino. Foi feito uma análise da temática, através de um questionário, a aplicação do jogo e uma avaliação no final das atividades.
