Professional teaching: a possibility for Professional and Technological Education

Resumo: This article aims to discuss Professional Didactics, a French approach that emerged in the 1990s and is still less widespread in Brazil, presenting its structure, including the elements that may contribute to Professional Education in Brazil. as with the teacher training of the PE teacher. Therefore, a brief context is also made about professional education in Brazil, in order to signal the current situation of PE. The research has a bibliographical character and is focused on research on professional didactics. The result shows that in order to work as a teaching professional in Brazilian Professional Education there is still no specific training aimed at such modality. Therefore, the need for Professional Teaching in order to collaborate with teaching practice in the Federal Institutes of Education is concluded. in view of the need and opportunity of evolution in what concerns didactic in a general way, always seeking the transformation of individuals in their onilaterality, and integral human formation.

Para ello, también se hace una breve contextualización acerca de la Educación Profesional en Brasil, con el fin de señalar en cuanto a la actual situación de la EP. La investigación tiene carácter bibliográfico y se centra en la investigación sobre la didáctica profesional. El resultado apunta que para el actuar como profesional docente en la Educación Profesional brasileña todavía no existe una formación específica orientada a tal modalidad. Por lo tanto, se concluye la necesidad de la Didáctica Profesional en el sentido de colaborar con la práctica docente en los institutos federales de Educación, en vista a la necesidad y oportunidad de evolución en lo que se refiere a la didáctica de un modo general, buscando siempre la transformación de los individuos en su onilateralidad, y formación humana integral.O presente artigo tem como objetivo discorrer acerca da Didática Profissional, uma abordagem francesa que surgiu na década de 90 e ainda pouco difundida no Brasil, apresentando sua estrutura, compreendendo os elementos que podem vir a contribuir para a Educação Profissional no Brasil, assim como, com a formação docente do professor da EP. Para tanto, também é feita uma breve contextualização acerca da Educação Profissional no Brasil, no intuito de sinalizar quanto à atual situação da EP. A pesquisa tem caráter bibliográfico e se debruça na investigação sobre a didática profissional. O resultado aponta que para o atuar como profissional docente na Educação Profissional brasileira ainda não existe uma formação específica voltada para tal modalidade.
