Distance corporate education: A study on organizational learning in institutional schools in the State of Mato Grosso

Resumo: The concern with organizational learning parallel to the incorporation of technologies in the processes of training, development and education in public and private organizations brought a new look to Corporate Education. In this context, this article aimed to analyze organizational learning practices in institutional schools in the state of Mato Grosso in relation to Distance Corporate Education (ECAD). Specifically, we sought to map organizations, describe practices and identify their organizational learning processes. This was a qualitative research, conducted through semi-structured interviews with managers of 06 (six) state public sector organizations that have distance corporate education practices in the Training, Development and Education (TD&E) programs. Such enabling agencies have a target audience of 123,100 (one hundred and twenty-three thousand and one hundred) public servants distributed in all 141 (one hundred and forty-one) municipalities in the state of Mato Grosso. In addition, they have a reduced team for the performance of ECAD functions. The presence of Experiential Learning was identified in the ECAD of the Interviewed Corporate Schools. It was found that Corporate Schools develop experiential learning strategies seeking resources in formal learning processes, with specialists by itself.

En este contexto, este artículo tenía como objetivo analizar las prácticas de aprendizaje organizacional en las escuelas institucionales del estado de Mato Grosso en relación con la Educación Corporativa a Distancia (ECAD). Específicamente, buscamos mapear organizaciones, describir prácticas e identificar sus procesos de aprendizaje organizacional. Esta fue una investigación cualitativa, realizada a través de entrevistas semiestructuradas con gerentes de 06 (seis) organizaciones estatales del sector público que tienen prácticas de educación corporativa a distancia en los programas de Capacitación, Desarrollo y Educación (TD&E). Estas agencias habilitadores tienen una audiencia objetivo de 123.100 (ciento veintitrés mil y cien) servidores públicos distribuidos en los 141 (ciento cuarenta y uno) municipios del estado de Mato Grosso. Además, cuentan con un equipo reducido para el rendimiento de las funciones ECAD. La presencia de Aprendizaje Experiencial se identificó en la ECAD de las Escuelas Corporativas Entrevistadas. Se encontró que las Escuelas Corporativas desarrollan estrategias de aprendizaje experiencial que buscan recursos en procesos de aprendizaje formal, con especialistas o aprendiendo solos.A preocupação com a aprendizagem organizacional paralela à incorporação de tecnologias nos processos de treinamento, desenvolvimento e educação nas organizações públicas e privadas trouxe um novo olhar para a Educação Corporativa. Nesse contexto, o presente artigo teve como objetivo analisar as práticas de aprendizagem organizacional nas Escolas Institucionais do estado de Mato Grosso em relação a Educação Corporativa a Distância (ECAD). De forma específica, procurou-se mapear as organizações, descrever as práticas e identificar seus processos da aprendizagem organizacional. Tratou-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa, realizada por meio de entrevistas semiestruturadas com gestores de 06 (seis) organizações do setor público estadual que possuem práticas de educação corporativa a distância nos programas de Treinamento, Desenvolvimento e Educação (TD&E). Tais órgãos capacitadores somam um público-alvo de 123.100 (cento e vinte três mil e cem) servidores públicos distribuídos em todos os 141 (cento e quarenta e um) municípios do estado de Mato Grosso. Além disso, contam com uma equipe reduzida para o desempenho das funções da ECAD. Foi identificado a presença da Aprendizagem Experiencial na ECAD das Escolas Corporativas entrevistadas.
