Nursing team interventions in the coronavirus pandemic for intensive care unit patients: an integrative review

Resumo: Objective: To know the main Nursing interventions for patients with COVID-19 in an intensive care unit. Methodology: This is a descriptive study of an integrative literature review, with searches in the LILACS, SCIELO AND MEDLINE databases in the last ten years. Results: After analyzing the titles of the articles and those that were related to the proposed theme, and the abstracts were read, guiding focuses were identified for the proposed objective of the research, with 7 articles selected for having corresponded to the theme of the bibliographic study, through the previously established inclusion and exclusion criteria. Conclusion: The Nursing team acts in an assistance way in the care of oxygen therapy, vital signs, cardiovascular, renal and neurological risk control, as well as in the control of the risk of spreading the pathogen, but in the face of the stress and fear generated by the pandemic, the ICU Nursing professionals suffer from psychological problems requiring care regarding their mental health.

Resultados: Luego de analizar los títulos de los artículos y aquellos que tenían relación con el tema propuesto, y se leyeron los resúmenes, se identificaron ejes orientadores para el objetivo propuesto de la investigación, siendo 7 artículos seleccionados por haber correspondido al tema de la bibliografía. estudio, a través de los criterios de inclusión y exclusión previamente establecidos. Conclusión: El equipo de Enfermería actúa de forma asistencial en el cuidado de la oxigenoterapia, signos vitales, control de riesgo cardiovascular, renal y neurológico, así como en el control del riesgo de propagación del patógeno, pero ante el estrés y El miedo generado por la pandemia, los profesionales de enfermería de la UTI sufren problemas psicológicos que requieren atención en cuanto a su salud mental.Objetivo: Conhecer as principais intervenções de Enfermagem a indivíduos com diagnóstico de COVID-19 em unidade de terapia intensiva. Metodologia: Trata-se de um estudo descritivo realizada a partir de uma revisão integrativa da literatura atualizada, com pesquisas nas bases de dados LILACS, SCIELO E MEDLINE nos últimos dez anos. Resultados: Após analisados os títulos dos artigos e os que haviam relação ao tema proposto, sendo feita a avaliação minuciosa dos resumos, foram identificados focos norteadores para o objetivo proposto da pesquisa, sendo 07 artigos selecionados por terem correspondido à temática do estudo bibliográfico, através da escolha de parâmetros e critérios de inclusão e exclusão previamente estabelecidos.
