The importance of Health Education in Medicine: family approach in the boarding school during the Family Health Strategy

Resumo: It is notorious the difficulty that some doctors have difficulties when they are dealing with the public. Faced with this problem, objective of this study was to present a teaching methodology that allows for the training of teachers in the period of internship in the Family Health Strategy in a course of medicine. A qualitative study was carried out, since the main quest was the improvement of the quality of affairs in the Family Health Strategy. It was held a workshop based on Problematization Methodology and applied an initial survey and a questionnaire after application of the workshop the initial survey showed that the Preceptors little knew the tools of family approach and after the workshop of family approach so necessary to this type of strategy, it became apparent that great art of affairs presented greater resourcefulness in the majority of the resolution of the problems of circulation Clinic. It is concluded that the workshop was an important teaching tool enabling empower the Preceptors in tools of family approach to transmit to students such knowledge of critical-reflexive manner.

Frente a este problema, el objetivo de este estudio fue presentar una metodología docente que permite la formación de profesores en el período de pasantía en la Estrategia Salud de la familia en un curso de medicina. Se realizó un estudio cualitativo, dado que la búsqueda principal fue el mejoramiento de la calidad de los asuntos de la Estrategia Salud de la familia. Se llevó a cabo un taller utilizando la metodología de problematización y se aplicó una encuesta inicial y un cuestionario posterior al taller. La encuesta inicial mostró que los preceptores sabían poco sobre las herramientas de enfoque familiar y después del enfoque del taller. familiar para este tipo de estrategia, se notó que el gran arte de los pasantes mostró un mayor ingenio en la mayoría de los problemas para resolver la práctica clínica. Se concluye que el taller fue una herramienta de enseñanza importante que permitió a los preceptores ser entrenados en herramientas de acercamiento familiar para transmitir a los estudiantes dicho conocimiento de una manera crítica-reflexiva.É notória a dificuldade que alguns médicos têm dificuldades quando vão lidar com o público. Diante dessa problemática, objetivo deste trabalho foi apresentar uma metodologia de ensino que possibilita a capacitação dos preceptores no período de internato em Estratégia Saúde da Família em um curso de medicina. Foi realizado um estudo qualitativo, uma vez que a principal busca foi a melhoria da qualidade dos internos na estratégia Saúde da Família. Foi realizada uma oficina utilizando a metodologia da problematização e aplicado uma sondagem inicial e um questionário pós aplicação da oficina A sondagem inicial demonstrou que os preceptores pouco conheciam os recursos de abordagem familiar e após a oficina de abordagem familiar tão necessária a esse tipo de estratégia, percebeu-se que grande arte dos internos apresentou maior desenvoltura na maioria da resolução dos problemas da prática clínica.
