Resumo: | Introduction: The training of nurses in care for the individual Trans, shows us the need for some changes in professional practice since it is notable the little intimacy about the demands of this population. Objective: To survey what scientific production reveals about nursing care for the Trans public. Method: Integrative review of a qualitative approach. Results: After searching the database, As researched in the virtual health library - VHL and Public Medline (PubMed) in the LILACS (Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences) databases, BDENF (Nursing database) ) and MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online) The result is that there is no preparation to better assist the Trans population in the training of nurses, there is also little scientific production about this care, in addition to little promotion of the National Policy LGBT Integral Health Program in the training of this professional. Final considerations: The construction of a dialogue about the health needs of the trans individual needs to exist within the training of the nurses professional to prepare him/her to meet the care demands concerning nursing care, so programmatic contents are suggested to be applied in the training of nurses. |

Esta es una revisión integradora con un enfoque cualitativo. Después de buscar en la base de datos, como investigó en la biblioteca virtual de salud - BVS y Public Medline (PubMed) en las bases de datos LILACS (Literatura Latinoamericana y del Caribe en Ciencias de la Salud), BDENF (Base de Datos en Enfermería) y MEDLINE (Sistema de Análisis de Literatura Médica y Retrievel en línea) El resultado es que no hay una preparación diseñada para ayudar mejor a la población Trans en la capacitación de enfermeras, también hay poca producción científica sobre esta atención, además de poca promoción de la Política Nacional de Salud Integral LGBT en la formación de este profesional. La construcción de un diálogo sobre las necesidades de salud del individuo trans debe existir dentro de la capacitación del profesional de enfermería para prepararlo para satisfacer las demandas de atención con respecto a la atención de enfermería, por lo que se sugiere aplicar contenidos programáticos. en la formación de enfermeras.A formação do enfermeiro no cuidado diante do indivíduo Trans, nos evidencia a necessidade de algumas mudanças na prática profissional, visto que é notável a pouca intimidade sobre as demandas dessa população como objetivo levantar o que a produção científica revela sobre a assistência de enfermagem destinada ao público Trans. Trata-se de uma Revisão integrativa de abordagem qualitativa. Após busca na base de dados, Conforme pesquisados na biblioteca virtual de saúde - BVS e Public Medline (PubMed) nas bases de dados LILACS (Literatura Latino-Americana e do Caribe em Ciências da Saúde), BDENF (Base de dados em Enfermagem) e MEDLINE (Medical Literature Analysis and Retrievel System Online) O resultado é que não há preparo destinado para melhor assistir a população Trans na formação do enfermeiro, nota-se também a pouca produção cientifica acerca desse cuidado, além de pouca promoção da Política Nacional de Saúde Integral LGBT na formação desse profissional.
